Sounds like a bad Flash to me, Have you dumped your nand or tried flashing a kv recently?

You said that you used an old nand?

-Find your most recent Working Flashdmp.bin (Not the old nand you used which is still causing the freezing.)
-Copy it to your desktop
-Rename it Updflash.bin
-Put onto the root of your USB
-Boot into Xell
If done correctly you should be able to boot without freezing.
If not, sounds like you might need a reflow due to the fact that you used an old nand.
