Map pack download cancelling itself

I need help with downloading map packs for Black Ops 2, When i start downloading them they work fine but if i leave the active downloads screen they either go back to 1% or they go back to pending.
What do I have to do for them to work?

This Problem either means...
1. You have no payed for the items
2. They are Currupted and you wauld need to phone the game company or buy them again.
