Hey guys, it's skillz here. I am Chief of Police of New Liberty Role Plays (scroll up to see our ad above).

Since I last posted, I have had to let go of a couple members of my command staff because they weren't checking our website enough and following up with their duties.

I am looking for somebody who is interested in a Police Clan on 360. We do police roleplays with cops and civilians. We are currently in the process of training new cadets how to do traffic stops and do basic police work.

I am needing somebody who is comfortable speaking in front of a group of people and who is also comfortable training our new cadets how to do everything from traffic stops to simple radio use to code 3 responses such as shoot outs and high speed pursuits. If you put in the time to study the material you will become comfortable teaching it to others. I will personally teach you exactly how to train them, and I have already written up a training manual for you to use while you train them. It couldnt get much easier as long as you are mature, intelligent and able to think clearly under pressure.

I have several spots available.

Sergeant = recruiting. Going through applications and accepting/declining them. Also doing interviews, and creating recruiting advertisements for the NLRP on various websites.

Lieutenant = Training. This is what is mentioned above in regards to training new cadets. You will lead a class of 5-10 cadets and will be involved in scheduling and setting up training for them.

Captain = Unit leaders. This consists of maintaining a unit of outstanding officers, if one of your officers is hurting the image of the NLRP he's hurting the image of his captain as well. Captains will be involved in scheduling and running bi-weekly or weekly practices with the officers in his unit.


If you think you can provide some leadership to my clan, and enjoy police role plays. NLRP might be a great fit for you. We are just getting started, and will soon have a large following on our youtube channel, and will be having patrols a couple times a week.

For each rule you get three warnings but after that you will be removed from the crew and will be banned from it for a month!

Hierarchy:
To place higher up in the Hierarchy all you need to do is follow the rules and play with crew members
If you are removed from the crew you will be de-ranked by two spots if you are banned for a month!

Car - Elegy RH8 - Black - Crew Emblem
Hoddie - Black - Back Crew Emblem
Motorbike - Bati 800 - Black - Crew Emblem

The reason for these crew items is so you can be recognized easily and don't get killed by a team member by accident

You do not have to use these items but if you get killed by a crew member and you're not using at least one of these items then message the person to tell them you are part of the crew
