All you can really USB mod is Campaign and WaW Zombies.

I would have to say WaW is the easiest.

You have a higher risk of being caught with USB mods, so keep that in mind.

not really, a lot usb modding is gamesaves, not really online modding, therefor there is no big chance of getting banned.
