I am getting this pc for my birthday and really want to play Watch Dogs on it, can it run Watch Dogs well?

Should be ok. Just dont run the game on insane settings.

This will run it a little better. The Radeon R7 260X is a lot better than the 650 and cheaper. Also the 6 core will help a little more.
