Just sit in your apartment for an hour and wait for it to go away. Or you could just get a friend in game to kill you, then they send you the money.

Get a helicopter and sit on top of the building that's under construction. The one near the maze bank tower.

You can do the following:
Go into a private session
Hide in your apartment/garage
Go to the very top of the map ( no one really goes up that end )
Fly around in a Jet
Jump out of a helicopter and land on a tall building for example the Maze Bank building
