Just wondering if anyone has done the insanity work out?
I'm starting on Monday and wondered if anyone had any tips on how to make it more successful?

I don't know if this is considered bumping or not so sorry admins if it is!

Just wanted to update everyone on my progress

All of the photos above have been taken at different stages throughout my first 4 weeks. Just thought I would update everyone.

Thanks for your time!

Do it at your own pace!!!

I tried to keep up with others and nearly killed myself lol

As you go through the sections your fitness will increase.

See how you do on the fitness test first and work out your own pace

I tried it for about a month so I could get fit for soccer tryouts. (it was extremely cold outside and I still needed to train).

Anyway, I did about two weeks of it and it was pretty intense.

I don't know about tips to make it any better, just make sure you take the breaks when you tell them to and they urge you to stop if you seriously can't go on.

Coming to the end of my first week of insanity, it's easy to say it's the hardest work out I've ever done. I wasn't able to start last week as I didn't have any protein shake and it wasn't getting delivered until the end of last week.

Anyway I'm starting to see results already just wanted to update everyone and hopefully I'll be back here in the next 60 days to show you my results.
