Hello people.

So I've been wondering why the user 'PuzzIe' got banned from here recently, as I sometimes talked to him.

I actually found him on another forum before I found out he was also on TTG, so I stuck talking to him through Skype as we had been doing. He said he had $50 to spend, and he wanted a good amount of Xbox codes and such (since he knows that I sell a lot of that).

We finally agreed on him paying $50 for the following items:
7 x $5 Xbox Codes ($3.50 each x 7 = $24.50)
6 x Advanced Warfare Camo Codes ($5 each x 6 = $30.00)
$24.50 + $30.00 = $54.50 but I gave it to him for $50 since he was buying bulk.

This payment was made on Saturday, May 17. I got an email saying that there was a temporary hold on a recent transaction: he ended up disputing the payment (Wednesday, May 21).

Here is our Skype convo:

He sent the payment as friends & family, but disputed it as an "Unauthorized Transaction." PayPal security team "investigated the issue" and guess what happened? He got his money back.

I spent over half an hour on the phone with them, and apparently as a seller I'm not protected (even though he disputed b/c of unauthorized access..) and basically that I am screwed and I can't do anything about it.

So I'm not here to rage and try to get you guys to feel sorry for me or any of that. Now, I could care less. **** happens. You just gotta move on

Moral of the story: Be careful when you sell all these Xbox codes and such to people on the internet. PayPal will screw you over and there's nothing you can do about it. Just be careful with who you're dealing with, and never make a sale with someone who you don't feel right about. I also wanted to tell you all to beware because there still IS a way to dispute a payment even as friends & family...

Btw, I checked his account on another forum (where I originally met him) and I found this post from a few days ago...
