I've had 2 JTAG consoles, 4 retail consoles, 3 RGH consoles and a dual nand console. Not a single one of my consoles were ever console banned. I've had one account ban and that was an old account I had. I modded my gamerscore, modded my avatar so it was purple and a few other things(such as mod my tenure to 7 years), it took them 2 months to ban that account.. I literally done it to see if I'd get banned or not. I guess I've just been lucky with Microsoft.

Only the XBLPET can unban accounts and like you said you did modifications to your account. You won't be unbanned.

My second account just got banned for mw2 lobbies lmao. RIP trident the god <3 :]

I made a temp gold account because I'm too cheap to buy more gold so I did the free month of gold method, my friends clan was TFD (The Fire Department) so I thought I'd mock the TFD thing and named myself TheFlimsyDeeldo, so I played for the month and soon afterward the temp account got perma banned. I just thought I'd share the gamertag.

I lost my main last week.
It was 7 year old but was a long time comming.
Iso modded Cod 5,left 4 dead 1 & 2,Red dead redemption and GTA IV V,Gears of war 1,2 and 3.
Modded 60,000 of gamer score 5 years ago.
Got into hundreds of modded lobbies for Cod 4,Mw2,mw3 and ghosts when Jtags first hit the scene.
And the endless mind numbing boosting.
It was a relief in the end as I couldn't bear to look at it.
But I had a backup waiting in the sidelines when the inevitable hit.
A nice fresh start.

My account Gawt Heeem got perma banned and I was able to edit the bio and all of that through xbox.com can everyone please file complaints for an offensive bio against the account I'm hoping that it will get temporarily suspended and then I will be able to sign back into it
