Hi guys, i've decided to get a new PC to replace the one I bought in 2009. Here is the build I made

Case: Rosewill Thor V2 Full tower case
Mobo: ASUS Sabertooth X79
CPU: i7-4820K with Intel Performance Tuning Protection
RAM: 16gb 1866 G.SKILL Ripjaws X (2x8gb)
GPU: EVGA GTX 770 4GB Superclocked
PSU: Corsair gold 700W
HDD1: 120gb ADATA SSD
HDD2: 2TB 7200RPM
Optical Drive: 2x 12X LG blu ray Reader/burner
Sound Card: Creative Labs Sound Blaster X/Fi Xtreme Audio 7.1
OS: Win 7 64bit
Monitor: ASUS VS239H-P 23'' (I own a second 22'' monitor)

Goodies:
-Sound reducing material
- Internal USB Expansion System
- Free Watch Dogs + free McAfee (lol)
- 12 in 1 Media card reader
- NZXT Sentry 2 touch screen fan controller and temperature display
- Free Keyboard/mice/headset that comes with the pieces I bought
- 1 Surge Supressor APC surge arrest power bar (The one I use doesn't have the antishock switch)
- Wiring kit for better airflow and a better visual appearance
-High performance thermal compound (tuniq Tx-2)

Protection:
- Better packaging to protect the PC during shipping
- 3 years replacement warranty
- CPU replacement warranty even if I overclock

for 2388$ taxes and shipping (out of US) included what do you guys think ?

Wow. That is decent but you got scrooged a bit. The free stuff makes up for the price. That is a fine gpu but you should have gotten a better one. The ivy-e is over kill though... Unless you are planning on some hardcore sh*t! It will be fine nonetheless!
