i don't typically like helping noobs in this forum since everyone here that uses the gta forum is a noob but.

there are 2 spawn locations both are funeral homes one by the strip club the other north west of the city (thats the one i would use)

go to one of the funeral homes
set last location as spawn
rejoin as many sessions as you can until its in front of you
