I would help but I am currently busy.
If you have a friend who has the ability to call in mercenaries get him to call them in on you. Then have him simply kill the occupants of the truck when it arrives. If he wants one also let another come and repeat. Then get killed by the mercenaries so they finally leave, hop in the truck, put a tracker and insurance on it - which is a total of around $12,100 - and you're done.
