now i have 2 xenons that both have rrod and i have no plan to send them in to get fixed because i dont think its worth it, nevermind they are taken apart and the shells have been used for case cut projects for my jasper.
now i have my doubts about this but i feel like it wouldnt hurt to get some answers from you guys. so would it be at all possible to get a nand reader of some kind and set it up and extract the info and get the kvs off them? now the only reason i would thing this is possible is because i believe you only need power running in the board to get the nand info, now i have my doubts about this because like i said they both have rrof and i feel like that would prevent me from successfully pulling this off

You should be good to go with this as long as the light on the power brick doesn't go red when you plug it in!
Edit: neto888 cleared this up, you can only dump the nand from a rrod console. You'd need to be able to boot Xell and get the CPU Key to decrypt the nand.

U can't get kvs without booting xell to get cpu
U can get nand and extract files but kv will not be decrypted so no way to use it

Its all depending on the secondary error code whether you can boot xell and get the cpukey to decrypt the nand of course you can dump the nand from any console aslong as the board has power

Maybe one day I'll make a program that will efficiently brute the key. ;) It will just take a lot of research I guess.
