Just bought a brand new xbox 360 arcade,opened it to check dashboard it's on 7363 and mfd 2009/24/07 so my question is can be jtagged I googled but they say some can't .please can any body let me know.

Depends on the motherboard and CB of the console. You'll never know 100% until you read the NAND

i am going to say no due to the MFR date jaspers were not jtaggable after 6/18/ 2009 only way to tell is the CB when you dump the nand for sure
