Did you not look at his budget?
Its only 39 pounds over. I didnt think that was too bad. It's usually worth saving up a few extra "dollars" anyways. My last PC build's budget was 1300 dollars and I saved up and got a GTX 780 and an i7 4770k instead.

Edit: I now realize why you said that. His original budget was 500-600 pounds.

Edit 2: Alright maybe I hallucinated....
