Im pretty sure i have UEFI enabled but when my computer POSTS, it still does everything individually.. Not at the same time like its supposed to, to give me those fast boot times.

Anyone know how to set this up? I have an SSD coming in the next day or so.

Which BIOS version are you running? When the system is running POST you can hit DEL and it should list with version it is running.

Thats normal operation of the board, its the actual boards self testing. If, for example there was an error with the RAM, the boot procedure would halt and the light would stay solid.

If the system actually finishes loading windows after that ASUS screen and doesnt show any data from the bios then it is actually in UEFI mode. You can go into the ASUS BIOS and set the ASUS logo screen to off and turn off the POST report to a lower limit if its enabled.

Yes but the UEFI bios is supposed to be able to POST everything at the same time, thats how people can get those 5sec boots.
