Soooo, after 2 months going for this tattoo, I finally got it! Here's how:
Today, May 13th,2014, Rockstar released a new race-type: "No-Contact"
What you want to do is race any map on "No-Contact" and go for the record, soon they're gonna be modded/hacked/unbeatable, so today's probably your only shot! Good luck everyone, happy tatting up and happy racing to yah!
