Since I've always been stuck with an incredibly slow laptop, that for example can only run DayZ on it's absolute lowest settings to sustain 25 FPS, I want to invest in a behemoth of a gaming PC. Basically, I want this PC to be able to sustain very high FPS on maxed out settings on intensive games.
My budget is in and around 1500 GBP, or 2526 US Dollars.
I would greatly appreciate some suggested builds since I have no idea what I'm doing. Thanks in advance.
Edit: All I need with the actual PC is a Keyboard and OS.

I can only give you a couple pieces of advice from the knowledge I've picked up from my Tech friend,
1. Don't buy a CPU that has "FX" somewhere in there, it's basically just going to be a re-branded, higher priced, overclock only, they are garbage and it's partly the reason why my friend has wasted $300 more than I did on a computer that is worse than mine.
2. Unless you plan on hosting a minecraft server to a mass amount of people I don't advise going over 16GB of RAM.
3. SSDs are the best of the best, load times are much faster and definitely worth it for gamers.
4. Nvidias are amazing GPUs however there are some great AMD/ATI cards out there that can do just as good or even better. However nothing beats the Nvidia Titan Z (costs $3000 and I've been drooling over it's specs).
5. Liquid Cooling is the way to go unless you're not going to have a ton of things clogging up your tower.
6. Speaking of towers, make sure you get one big enough for all your parts.
7. Before you buy a motherboard please make sure it's compatible with all your other parts and what you want/need.

1 and FX 6300 is $100 and performs good
2 you dont even need 16GB RAM to host a minecraft server its based on your upload speed
3 SSD's are good but expensive as hell
4 the Titan Z isnt even out yet and is extremely overkill
5 Liquid cooling is not the "best" way to go it has a big risk of leaking and destroying your build all you need is good ventilation when OCing
6 a Mid size will do good a NZXT 210 is cheap and good
7 keep in mind AsRock mobos has problems with vishera chipsets and make sure its an ATX not a micro ATX

The Titan Z is stupid. it has been developed for a niche market. If you want true power, the R9 295 X2 is the way to go. It outperforms the Titan Z in almost every aspect.
For example, The Titan Z was claiming to be the fastest GPU ever with 8 Teraflops, the 295 X2 comes in at half the price pushing 11.5 Teraflops.
Titan Z base clock is 750 ish MHz whereas the R9 295 X2 has a base of 1020MHz.
The Titan Z is a waste of money and if you want it yo are stupid, the 295 X2 out performs it and makes a mockery of it because it is under half price. Titan Z is 2300 ish GBP, 295 X2 is 1127GBP
