i have completed the campaign and wanting to do it again but when i get to 3 part of the story i get an error message saying file corrupt or disk is unreadable and i have used 3 disks now and it still tells gives me the errors.

Maybe it's your saved game, if you tried to mod it that could have corrupted your save.
