Very cool!
Might just be me but text is very hard to read, without being told what it is suppose to say I wouldn't of been able to figure out what it says.
Ill give 8.5/10 because I like the underwater style a lot and the colors used in it

It doesn't look under water. It's too sharp, and not light enough.
It looks like its sitting in front of water, or something.
Lower the opacity. Or put a gradient layer over it.

It sort of looks like it's underwater...sort of.
You could have done so much with this and decided to do so little.
Like the killer whale in he background, it's just there, not hunting or anything. It's out of place without anything to hunt or do.
Give the whale some fish to hunt and some other sea creatures in the BG.
And there are no bubbles in your work, which is unrealistic.
Also, there are no wave lines or anything, which is also unrealistic.
Lastly, the text is hard to read and doesn't really look like rocks, which is what I figure you were going for.
However, it is some work that can be cleaned up and made amazing. You're on the right track man!
