Can you see anything i could improve on this build?
i know there is no case i'm going to pick that later, what suggestions do you have for a case?
It's the 4670 not the 4670k because this build wont be over clocked but any other improvements please tell me

If you're not going to overclock then why get a Z87 motherboard? A bad one at that. Get a B85 board or something. The Gigabyte B85-HD3 would be fine for you.
Case wise, it depends how much you have to spend. Give us a budget for your case and we'll give you a list of cases to choose from, if there is enough to make a list.
I'd change to the PSU as well. Go for something like an XFX 550w. It's around the same price as the CX600.
A SSD would be a nice addition to this build also. You can pick up a 120GB SSD for around 50 quid these days.

A Fractal Design Define R4 would be perfect for you. Really slick and clean case.

H81 motherboards are alright but kinda peasant grade, if you know what I mean. It'll be alright but I wouldn't get it. 1600MHz or below RAM will be fine.
