There is no way of getting past the activation lock without the original owners Apple ID and Password.

You have a device that is essentially an expensive brick unless you can get a hold of it's previous owner and get them to remove it as stolen on their account.

There are Apple developer tools around on the internet that if you know what you're doing, could get you around the block. But you would have to know quite a bit about coding. Wish you luck man.
