Can this build play popular new games on max setting?

Can it play popular new games with good FPS?

Will i be able to stream and record with decent FPS?

Anything i should add or remove or change?

Should i build this or buy a computer with similar specs that is already built? (Take into consideration that i have no idea what im doing )

Saying anything about this build in the comments would be appreciated as im a noob at this kind of stuff.

It will be able to play all of the modern games in probably max settings,

But I'd probably change the PSU as its not the best.

And building a computer is 10000x better than buying one as you know what will be inside of your computer and it will maybe be handy in the future.

760 may struggle on ultra with newer games at 1080p, but only slightly. as for the PSU you are fine with it, I run one and no complaints.

I would get this build from Newegg, its more powerful and better quality.

Build one, its better value and you learn about the workings easier. Because you built a system, if it makes any odd noises or isnt working right you'll know exactly whats wrong and how to fix it.
