Can anyone help? My headphones used to work fine on my computer however whenever I used them today the sound quality was poor and there was no bass. However it is not the headphones as I have tested them on my phone, therefore the problem is more than likely with the computer. Anyone know what the issue could be and how I could go about fixing it?
