I must be tripping or what did I just see 4 attachments on a light machine gun playing ghosts?

Sometime it glitches and adds a space in between the first and second attachment with the third after so it seems like there's 4 but only 3

Nah mate only 3 is the max, it does glitch out at times but

Some Weapons from the Weapon-Box have 4 Attachments.
