I want to attempt to lower my sultan but have bullet proof tires. Anyway to take them off?

Nope there's no way to remove bullet proof tires after you have them on thats why i leave all my cars without bullet proof tires until i decide weather i want to use it for a show car or not so i can lower them

Hmm alright is there still a program you can use on PC to create a car then bring it online?

Yes you can. If you have iFruit app, go on to the LS Customs part and you can change to regular tires.

I believe it is called hazards save editor but you could always just search gta v save editor

Must have been patched. Just tried and does not work.
