So, I got a new SSD (Samsung 840 Pro) and I put it into my computer. It shows on my BIOS and under disk drives but it doesn't show right here. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
In order to put this in, I had to take out the Optical drive so I can't re install windows and don't really want to. I just want to move some games over. How do I do so? Do I need to have windows installed to it?

You need to format it before you can use it. Use the partition manager to do that. You could transfer your Windows install, but that process can be pretty involved.

If you just want to move games to it, Steam Mover will do what you want. It also works with Origin Games.
