No such thing as a modded lobby!
All Money/rp things are done via recoverys and NO ONE on TTG can do them!

Modded cars however can be done. Just download the Save Editor and make them yourself.
Google Search "Xb36 Hazards Save Editor" and Youtube "How to bring cars from SP to MP 1.12"

*Some people might be able to drop money if they have ISO mods but so far iv'e not found a single person that can or will*
