if i were to spend about 280k and 30$ worth of fifa points would there be a good chance I could get one of those cards because i dont want to waste them on nothing

The odds of packing a TOTS card is the same as packing a Inform.

The best time to buy packs for TOTS Cards are when the 100k packs are out (Usually they put 100k packs out for a few hours for each TOTS.)

Last TOTS, as soon as the BPL one was out, I opened 1 pack and got TOTS Suarez which was pure luck.

Then when the Serie A TOTS was out I opened 2 100k packs, first one got nothing, second one (used my second account) got TOTS Campagnaro who sold for like 120k.

100k packs are your best bet, they will be limited to 1 per acccount
