You will need a Nand-x to flash it then.

It gets power, i have tried it with 2 diffrent power bricks, its definaly not that!

if youve heard the saying fight fire with fire? Well you pretty much have to over heat the console and it resets it. My jtag has the same probably but just use the q tip trick to fix it. It will make it work again and you might have to do it almost every single time you want to turn play with your jtag. But its better than waiting 1 week and pay for shipping.

If you don't mind shipping it I can take a look at it for you sounds like you know it is a bad flash so reflash is not a costly fix.

When I had my jasper jtag, I had the dvd drive power cord unplugged just the slightest bit and the console wouldn't boot at all, so it could just be the little things

Have you added any recent plugins you may have a bad nand as well.

can you still boot xell with the eject button? if not then your console is bricked and yes you will need to send it in somewhere to get fixed, are you from the uk by any chance.
