I am planning on selling my PS4 and my HP Envy 6 laptop and hoping to get at least 400GBP for a decent desktop set-up. It would be appreciated if one could make me a build and give me link to the websites to purchase the parts, thanks you!

there are ways around that. Because as if I would pay for Windows 7 Ultimate... That is a lot of moneys
