I really like this squad its a little over though.
Some other changes you could make:
Dante,Sokratis,Howdes, Papadopolous, etc at CB
Muller,Blasakalwski? lol at RM
Gotze, Gundogan at CAM
Gundogan at CDM
Weidenfeler? at GK

Ok man so for no informs and no hybrid and all bunds this is the best team that can be drawn up, its roughly 60k short from the budget but I really like this team and it is possibly the best team that can be made with those options, hope you like it!
