Well ring them up and ask if a player was lost legibly with proof could they give the player back

I spoke to an agent called joe,i explained that my account had been stolen and players had been sold and that I would like them returned,all I could send them was picture proof,if it showed I was right I asked if I would get my players back,here is what was said
they would ask for origin id,paasword and memorable word,as they would need to check the account,as they have had a lot of people saying things have disappeared recently,the advisor joe then said that ANY report of loss or theft would be made a high priority and sent to what he called "their studio department" and they said it would take a minimum of 37 working days for them to check this,i asked if I would get anything back in minutes like you said happened he said NO AND NEVER HAVE BEEN LIKE THAT,any theft is bad and would need to be investigated by the studio department,basically that number is the same as the live chat on the computer,they have no power to give you anything,all they can do is escalate the problem to the studio team and they would get round to checking it but it wont be quick,the advisor gives you a reference number and says all correspondence will be done by email,there is NO OTHER WAY,you will never get anything back within minutes like you claimed ,there are millions of people playing the game and as many of them have problems nothing can be done quickly,every problem they have to investigate
I have done my part of the deal by issuing you with the public apology for doubting you about the number but the rest you have put is complete rubbish so will you do your part and give the 800k that you said you would in previous post,as you are half right I will accept half so shall I put a player up for 400k
anyone have any questions then please ask and I will try and answer,or feel free to check what I have put is correct by phoning them yourself

A couple of weeks ago i sent EA a picture of my ultimate team with my gamertag and club name. I got 740,000 coins back from them for free. I didn't even get hacked. Calling them causes complications just submit a case.

He might of got a different person ? I have had people on live chat tell me that it will take weeks for the request then i go back on it and the second adviser does the request straight away.

Also the user iburnleyJTAG owes Pale his 'team'.. He said he bets his team with ronaldo, Messi and Bergkamp.

He probably doesnt have the players and even if he did, He wouldnt give them.
