So a while back after having multiple kernal data inpage errors my computer gave out and kept restarting and restarting and never actually got past the initial loading screen. My frirnd told me most likely the HDD is corrupted. My sister got a new laptop so I took the HDD from her old one and put it in my laptop. It now says "No Bootable Device, Hit any key." Ill press 10,000 keys and it doesnt do crap. Whats wrong and how do I fix it. Its windows 8 so... I have no idea ehat to do... Oh and the HDD from my sisters old laptop is Windows 7

I fixed the issue with the keyboard so it now works but the HDD problem is not. I get a screen that looks like this

You can't just boot to an installation created on another system. You need to put the drive back in the PC it came from, run sysprep to hardware generalize the install, and then move it to the new PC. You may need to run startup repair and you will need to re-license Windows. Keys are tied to the motherboard upon use.

The problem with that is that the PC it came from is completely destroyed...
So is there another way?
