I found this at an old abandoned army base and was just curious to find out what it is and possibly what it was used for, sorry if this is the wrong section.

It could be literally anything, from what I can make out it looks a little like a DVI or VGA connection. So it could be some sort of video output card.

But hey, it won't be used again.

I can see "ASP AP-138B" on the IC, so it's a very old PCI printer controller card.
