as who said? neto or me? thought xbls had to be first and xbdm second but neto said otherwise and quite frankly i would believe him over myself

XBLS goes first followed by xbdm.
Unplug all of the cable connected to your Jtag and reboot.

I had the same issue.
If that doesn't work it's a wiring issue.

i havent purchased xblse just installing plugins which i have done saved and rebooted, shouuldnt i see an xblse notification? when i press guide it has the xblse menu

I get E74 and E79 errors ALL the time when my console attempts to connect to live using XBLSE. Its normal, just restart the console and make sure you first plugin in the server, your second the xbdm.xex and then so on.

im so lost right now lol, its a new jtag, it only had xex on it so i installed dash launch, set the plugins up. (i havent bought stealth nor have i connected it to my modem as my retail was banned today, i dont want my jtag getting insta banned) i want to set up neighbor hood so i can test mods offline first and have stealth set up ready to go. I need to get my ip up on xex without it connecting to xbl...

make sure liveblock is enabled in dashlaunch and connect your console to the internet as if you were going to go on xbl. you wont connect ot xbl live unless you try to sign into a live account

how do i get tools to work it says connected but nothing happens, what do i do with the xrpc file
