It's a cropped stock picture and text. Not much else to say.

The text stands out to the rest of the theme and makes it look misplaced. Also, the text in the signature is uncentered, which is an eyesore for most.
The outer glow on the text is sickly, too defined. Both the avatar and the signature look over-saturated, but the signature is worse for saturation. It looks like he used high-pass a few times on the signature to be honest, which is a huge eyesore. Too intense colours.
