You need to have a CFG menu on a USB.
Than activate it...

You must first put the cfg file into the root of your usb, then you must activate it by getting the cfg activation from a friend or someone here on TTG.

thats what i did, but then the unknown cmd wont pop up, is it because im not using a disc? cause i bought my mw2 off the gamestore..

Yeah im pretty sure thats the reason why you can't do it.. I have a both copies digital and disc but I can't get any menus or 1.11 patches to work on the digital one..
