1.First download all of the links .

2.They do not have any viruses 100% clean

3.Then open up flash 360, put that on a usb or your transferring device

4.Open it the flash 360's default.xex on your rgh/jtag

5.then hit (X) then (A) on your controller

6.after that you should then have Flashdmp.bin on your usb or the transferring device

7.Then hop onto your computer and disconnect your usb or the transferring device
Plug your usb into the computer and then open up xeBuild application

8.When the program is up dont worry about the right hand
side just the left hand side

9.Put your nand (flashdmp.bin) into the source file

10.Then proceed to select your build type

11.Then slect the motherboard that your rgh/jtag has

12.Then have your cpu key and leave the 1blkey alone

13. select the kernel you want but if you want 16547
then just let it go

14. after all that just click on "Generate Hacked Image"

15. then you will create your updflash.bin

16. You will see it on your device where you had
the flashdmp.bin stored

17. after you have the updflash.bin on your transferring
device you then want to plug it into your jtag and turn
the rgh/jtag on

18. Go into xex menu

19. then Flash 360

20. then hit the buttons A then what I had to do was
keep clicking start like 3 times then hit a again so
it will update your jtag and after its done what its
doing click any button then hit the back button then
im pretty sure you hit it again coz on the application
it says shut down click this button and you hit the button after when it shuts off take off your power brick for 30 secs plug

it back in and ta da it will be completely to 16747
