Hey I'm an alright guy when it comes to PC's as I code GSC on CoD's

Last night it was running extremely well but then I went to sleep and...

Now Windows 7 is running EXTREMELY slow but my windows 8 seems to run really well

EXTRA: Start up is extremely slow and when I login nothing is responsive and can't open anything. And even if I did It will not responsive

I use windows 7 more because it's more compatible with the programs I use and all my files are on there.

Things I have done so far: (I had to do this in Win8 to scan the other HDD)

Ran Malwarebytes
Defragged
Ran Advanced Systemcare
Updated Drivers

Im going to try Hitman PRO right now.

If anyone can help it will be appreciated

First thing I would do is back everything up, like NOW
Then all I can really do is google it, so you might as well do it yourself.

-Open task manager and see what may be taking up lots of memory

-Boot in safe mode with command prompt and do /sfc scannow (Checks to see if any core files may be corrupted or nonexistent)

-Check to see how much hard drive space you have left

Those are the first things I do.
