A 500W PSU is the bare minimum for a GTX 760. Go with a good quality 550-600W PSU just to be on the safe side. You'll also have room for any other future upgrades.

The 500w advisory from Nvidia is based on a very high end system maxed out on both the CPU & GPU at the same time (which doesn't occur in gaming). It's also a safety barrier for people who buy crap PSU's.

You could easily run it off a good 450w, i would use a 550w personally as there is more choice and most 450w's won't have the native connections for the 760.
