And the other wires from the Coolrunner to the motherboard are still fine? Like you didn't tear one of the wires off by accident/nothing got disconnected when you soldered the QSB on? That's my last idea, I don't think it to be an issue with your southbridge but something with your wiring/soldering elsewhere on the board.

Could always try removing the QSB as a last resort, but if you do it's almost impossible to remove in one piece.

Just thought of something. If I'm not mistaken, I've read how people in the past have messed up the STBY_CLK point which resulted in 0010 as well. I tried looking at your video but I cannot make anything out at all. I would double check that point, I have a feeling that might be the issue. I can't really tell if it's poor lighting but it looks like it could be a little burnt.

everything is still together just fine and whats the STBY_CLK AND nothhing is burnt its just left over flux that i couldnt get

I really can't see it well from the video, you might want to check that out. Can't tell if you attached the QSB to it or not.
