STMx_T3RMiNATOR wrote I know some specs about the cars and such, but it's a hard decision to get what in the future. My friend just bought a 2014 Subaru STI and has already put new black rims, a sub, and tinted the windows. He's about to take it down to get it tuned so it can go faster. The STI is stocked with Turbocharged 305hp.

So I want to get a car that is faster then his, but will be modded (UPGRADED) later to pull more TQ and HP.

So I was thinking either a; Nissan 370z Nismo OR Mitsubshi Lancer EVO

So what are your guys' opinions?

P.S. My friend got a 150k check because he is Native American, total BS how he got that lucky.

I will have to say get the 370z. I'm a 350z owner they are so much fun.

Regardless of which car you choose just be ready to pay loads of cash to upgrade anything.

Yeah and right parts. The reason I'm ify on both is because I know that EVO are faster then a STI with the right mods and a 370z has a lot of get up n' go on the Highway and at lights. And usually my friend just races people on the street doesn't really take any corners. That's kinda a reason why I want to get a 370z.

I have seen a few sources that said that the STI is slightly slower then the 370z. but it depends what parts you put in it...

you are right STI and EVO stock are slower its just the all while drive that gives them the start off advantage. But then the 370z will pass with ease. 370z will win if you have a long distance.

Yeah I know I looked the Newer 370z and it's stock is like 328hp, I think?

LMAO, my friend is pretty stupid, because he got a 350z his Sophomore year and sold it this year for a Jeep. Because he wanted to fit in apparently.

you have more options with a 370z,stated above you want a car that can handle which both do and really they are both fast cars running stock. i would just do research on both cars on how much parts would be in total along with labor.

Yeah you're right that's what I'll start to do tomorrow and make a list of what I need to make each vehicle fast to pull the most Torque and Horsepower.
