TTG is a **** nazi about links so its not letting me post the **** download.
There is some stuff in the spoiler about my site so you don't have to look at it. There is a picture in the spoiler which is in another spoiler inside that spoiler so if you want you can look at that. But download links are at top and bottom. This is nowhere as good as PE Suite or PE.

Ok. This is the final release. I have been working on the library(CONhelp) and Hex 360 its self for about 2 months now and I think it is starting to get pretty good. It is an up and coming modding tool. I have added some nice tools which I will list below. There are some xbox tools and some other tools. But they are all going to be updated along the way to be better. Anyways. Here are the tools

-Quick Rehash And Resign
-Borderlands XP Tool
I am working on more gamesave tools as we speak. And I am thinking about making a FATXplorer. I have never really looked into anything like that but I will soon. I have a DLL called FATXlib that I think is made by Anthony. I will try to update often to fix bugs and occasionally add new tools and functions. Thanks for reading!
