Yes it will be able to run those games, just not on super high settings and a smooth framerate.

Sure, at maximum settings. Just don't expect an average of 60FPS.

Depends on the game. With a 760 it is hard to tell i would spend a bit more money and get the 770

A 760 is fine. Take a look at these benchmarks to give you an idea of what to expect.

It should run those games just fine. You won't have a very high FPS while playing them however. You will have a stable 30 FPS most of the time. The 760 will be just fine as well; however if you can afford it I would upgrade to the 770 just for good measure.

The 770 is better, but you don't need to upgrade it if you don't want to.

You could ultra most games easily and keep a good steady framerate. I have the 760 and a i5 2320 and I can ultra anything I throw at it at a high and very steady framerate.

The GTX760 is a very good card for its price and its debatable whether the GTX770 is overkill for playing on full hd one one monitor. That said, in gaming benchmarks for 1080p there isn't much difference on a lot of games between the 760 and 770.
