with this build im gonna be playing Arma III on ultra, DayZ on ultra and BF4 ultra. Will this get at least 80 fps? if i could stay within $1,400 what could i upgrade? Also, will 750w be good for this rig? also rate.

Could've gotten the 8320, GTX 770 2GB, better suited PSU and good quality case, but you didn't.

That's actually a solid build.
Unfortunately, the 770 is just a slightly better 670. Not much of an Upgrade, but still.
Be sure to check if everything is compatible, and also what about your storage?
SSD? or HDD?

Yea, i got a 125gb SSD for Windows, and 2TB HDD
