I have a modded roster file from 2k13 that when ever i created a player they would be 99 uncapped in every attribute before the rookie showcase. (no lie) And i was wondering if there was anyway someone on here could compare it to a nba 2k14 roster file and mod it. ?
I believe it was done by raising the starting values of each attribute in the create a player section.
The reason i believe this is because when I would go to Rosters from the Main Menu, then go to Create A Player Whatever kind of player i made no matter how big or small they would all be uncapped 99. Now remind you this is just in the main menu. But like i said before when i create a myplayer in mycareer mode they was always 99.
