Ok so i uninstalled a tweak and it just kept saying loading... so I reset it by holding power and home button, now it just shows the circle thing frozen then reboots and keeps doing it.... is there a way to fix this without restoring?

Try holding the volume up button while booting up.

You've probably already tried a hard reboot, if not try it.

I also found this video that could be helpful.

Yea but im on iOS 7, I dont think that applies
