Few questions I couldn't find the answer to,
1. Does the neon glitch still work?
2. Can you bring super cars online, And store them in your garage with insurance?
3. Does twin turbo still work?
If not, will the cars brought in before the patch still have twin turbo?
If you know any, post a tutorial. +rep

1- The neon glitch still works but only you can see it and when you dash/leave GTA it goes away! So it might be cool for a hour but it's really not worth the hassle
2- Yes! You need to glitch them into your garage. It will replace a car in your garage so if that car has insurance then your car will have insurance
3- Yes TT still works, only the Nos was patched

Twin turbo to my knowledge doesn't work, same with nos
You can still bring supercars online and do the quick job insurance method
