Okay we'll I've been looking for this for quite some time now and I can't seem to find it anywhere :/ I would love to know how to do this and where can I get it, I do have a jailbroken iphone 5

Honestly, you probably won't find that exact font anywhere, but you can install fonts on cydia from Bytafont and I also know that xSellize has quite a few fonts as well.

Sure thou can get it, I've seen them around., in IOS7 but they are not telling me how to get it lol but I do know its Unicoded
